Releasing the Belly

In this 90 minute class, Louka will give a short demonstration on how to touch and release holding in the belly and diaphragm and chest. He will then help you to sit properly, to align your own body and to work with your own breath so that you can feel a sense of energized streaming. From there he will help you come into connection with your partner and guide you on a journey into the landscape of their belly, diaphragm and chest.

Louka Leppard

Louka began working with balancing postures as a way to release emotional and physical tension in 1995 and went on to found the techniques Tulayoga and Tulamassage. His interests are in the meditative and devotional aspects of healing through conscious touch and the power of calm relaxed presence.
