STRETCH is a three-day festival for men in the heart of Berlin. 

 

Featuring over 30 workshops and performances
with time to socialize and mingle in order to
inspire and experience a deeper, wider, more soulful and playful connection to one another
and to life itself. 

 

Expert teachers, practitioners, therapists,
healers, renegades and artists invite you to
this third gathering exploring the interface of bodywork, mindfulness, art, movement,
sexuality, psychology, spirituality, gender,
identity, ritual, performance and social engagement.
