Bringing together the practice of 'Ichinawa' (One rope) and intention. Caritia will offer 120 minutes of basic tools to get you started or continue your journey into rope. Single, double column and no knot free form ties will be the aim, to bring the mind away from structure and into the body present and in front of you.
