Ralf Jaroschinski

In the jam, we’ll put the techniques that were being practiced in the regular and sensual contact improv workshops to use.  A dance-like flow will encourage the participants to follow their own process and to effortlessly remain centered while enjoying sensual and erotic touch, and intimacy.  The beginning of the jam will be clearly structured, and then there will be time for open jamming which will culminate in a group ritual that concludes the participants‘ shared experience.

Ralf Jaroschinski was born in Southern Germany and grew up in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  He trained to become a dancer in Hannover, Germany, and New York.  He works as a dancer, choreographer and teacher since 30 years.  Since about 15 years, he focuses on contact improvisation and facilitates it in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia.  In 2009, he developed „sensual contact improvisation“ in San Francisco and has already taught several workshops and class series in the US, Peru, Spain, the Netherlands, and Germany.
