Every time we say Yes or No, but actually mean the opposite, we experience an inner conflict. This creates conflictive patterns, which we carry in our body memory. If we become aware of them they can be resolved and the energy can be re-directed. The systemic-somatic constellation work helps us to meet this topic with our whole body and allowing movement in relation to these polarities, finding moment-to-moment expression and reconciliation.
