I have always been interested in our connection to nature and how that connection is expressed through movement. When I discovered the beautiful spiraling movements of Continuum there was an immediate resonance in my system. I discovered Continuum in 2000 and began training directly with Emilie Conrad - founder of Continuum, in 2003. In 2007, I participated in the first Continuum Wellsprings Practitioner training and in April of 2008 was authorized as a Continuum teacher.
Currently, I utilize Continuum practices in a body-centered Life Coaching program focused
on developing resilience and navigating change.
