Continuum Teachers

Kai Ehrhardt's passion is to explore the human potential through somatic depth experiences. He is a breath therapist based on Prof. Ilse Middendorf's work, was an authorized Continuum Teacher by Emilie Conrad from 2011 until her passing in 2014, is a founding and ongoing member of the Continuum Teachers Association since 2016, holds the German Heilpraktiker license for psychotherapy and co-founded the Somatic Academy of Berlin. He developed the approach "Authentic Eros", which focuses on sexuality and relationships, working with men's and mixed groups. He believes that the conscious body and the reclaiming of Eros are crucial elements in our evolution toward an integral way of life. Kai runs seminars, workshops and trainings in Europe and the US.
