Continuum Teachers

Ellen Cohen has been in private practice as a body-oriented psychotherapist and bodyworker since 1974. She began her immersion in Continuum with Emilie in 1994.
In her work she draws from a combination of body and energy techniques, including structural myo-fascial release, Muscular Therapy, Gestalt therapy & Continuum.   
Her experience as a life-long dancer developed her respect for the sacredness of the moment, the wisdom that can emerge from the unconscious, and the importance of the relationship between client and practitioner.
