Continuum Teachers

Catherine Kocher is a creative and innovative Continuum teacher who weaves Continuum with the process of individuation, meditation, consciousnesswork and the exploration of affects and emotions.
Her teaching is a soulful inquiry of the many dimensions of our being: physical, spiritual, emotional, mental and relational. Informed by her background as a dance therapist, her passion is the empowerment and the embodiment of our uniqueness in everyday life.
She began her training in Continuum in 1989, with Emilie Conrad and Susan Harper, and is of the first generation of teachers authorized as a Continuum teacher.
Catherine lives in Switzerland where she has been teaching since 1996.
